Disclaimer
Important: This tool is for informational purposes only. Always verify draw information directly with Colorado Parks & Wildlife before making any application decisions.
Ridge Draw is an independent, unofficial tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Colorado Parks & Wildlife (CPW) or any other government agency.
Draw statistics displayed on this site are derived from CPW's publicly available draw recap reports. While we make every effort to extract and present this data accurately, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information shown.
Specifically, we are not responsible for:
- Errors or omissions in data extraction from source PDFs
- Changes to draw rules, quotas, or regulations after data was published
- Application decisions made based on information from this site
- Any outcome of a Colorado hunting license draw
Historical draw odds are not a guarantee of future draw results. Draw outcomes depend on annual applicant pools, quota changes, and CPW regulatory decisions that are outside our knowledge or control.
Privacy Policy
Ridge Draw collects limited personal information necessary to operate the service, including account authentication and payment processing. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Account data — your email address and an encrypted password hash, stored by our authentication provider (Supabase). We never store your password in plain text.
- Subscription data — your plan type, subscription status, renewal date, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. This is stored in your account record to verify access.
- Payment data — credit and debit card information is entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout page and processed entirely by Stripe. Ridge Draw never receives, sees, or stores your full card number, CVV, or billing address.
- API request logs — requests to our data API pass through Cloudflare Workers, which may log your IP address, request path, and timestamp for security and rate-limiting purposes. These logs are not shared with third parties for marketing.
- Browser storage — we use
localStorageto save UI preferences such as your theme selection. No tracking cookies are set by Ridge Draw.
How we use your information
- To authenticate your account and verify subscription access
- To process payments and manage your subscription through Stripe
- To send transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset (via Supabase)
- To enforce rate limits and protect the API from abuse
Third-party services
Ridge Draw uses the following third-party providers. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms:
- Supabase — authentication and user data storage. Stores your email, encrypted password, and subscription metadata. Supabase Privacy Policy
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Handles all credit card data on their PCI-compliant infrastructure. Ridge Draw never receives your raw card details. Stripe Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare — our data API runs on Cloudflare Workers and is routed through Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata for security purposes. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
- Netlify — website hosting. Technical request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be logged by Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify Privacy Policy
- Mapbox — map tiles and interactive GMU maps are served by Mapbox when you use the map feature. Your IP address and map interactions may be logged by Mapbox. Mapbox Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address. Google Privacy Policy
- jsDelivr — the Supabase JavaScript library is loaded from jsDelivr's CDN, which may log standard request metadata. jsDelivr Privacy Policy
Data retention and deletion
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription, your account and associated data remain stored until you request deletion. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@ridgedraw.com. Payment records may be retained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies and applicable law.
California residents (CCPA)
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. California residents have the right to request disclosure of personal information collected, request deletion of personal information, and opt out of any sale (we do not sell data). To exercise these rights, contact privacy@ridgedraw.com.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Terms of Service
By creating an account or using Ridge Draw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Free trial
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial beginning at the time of account creation. No payment method is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to draw data is suspended unless a paid plan is purchased. Trial access is limited to one trial per person — creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is prohibited.
Paid plans and automatic renewal
Auto-Renewal Notice: Paid subscriptions (Weekend Warrior and The Nomad) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current renewal price to the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time through your account panel.
Ridge Draw offers the following paid plans:
- Weekend Warrior — annual subscription billed once per year. Covers Colorado draw data only. Introductory price applies to the first year; renews at the standard rate of $29.99/year thereafter.
- The Nomad — annual subscription billed once per year. Covers all states supported by Ridge Draw (currently Colorado, with Wyoming, Utah, Idaho, and New Mexico being added as available). Introductory price applies to the first year; renews at the standard rate of $69.99/year thereafter.
- The Legend — one-time payment of $199.99. Provides permanent access to all current and future states and features with no recurring charges and no renewal.
Introductory pricing
The Weekend Warrior and The Nomad plans are offered at an introductory rate for the first subscription year. Upon automatic renewal, your subscription will be charged at the then-current standard renewal price, which may be higher than the introductory rate. The renewal price is displayed on the checkout page and in your Stripe billing portal before renewal occurs.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by opening your account panel and clicking "Manage Subscription." Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access remains active through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already charged — see the Refund Policy below.
Permitted use
You may use Ridge Draw for personal, non-commercial hunting application planning. You may not:
- Scrape, bulk download, or automate access to draw data
- Republish, resell, or redistribute data or the site interface as your own product
- Share account credentials with others or attempt to circumvent access controls
- Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials
- Misrepresent this site as an official CPW resource
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
No warranty
This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will be accurate or current at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridge Draw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service or its data. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Ridge Draw in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments or lifetime purchases. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
Because Ridge Draw provides immediate access to digital content upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Annual subscription payments (Weekend Warrior, The Nomad)
- Lifetime access purchases
- Renewal charges that were not cancelled before the renewal date
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@ridgedraw.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review the situation. We are not required to issue refunds but may do so at our discretion in exceptional circumstances such as billing errors or duplicate charges.
To avoid unwanted renewal charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date shown in your account panel. Cancellation instructions are available in the Terms of Service above.
